I am responsible for standard solutions at SOBIS to manage communication, change and supplier management in large scale plant and industry projects with today more then 15 years of experience in software industry.
My personal objective is not only to mange but utilize the information stored within communication data. This lead to a first social network analysis project based on communication in 2010: „A social network approach to IT Service Management“ focusing on the creation and evaluation of customer networks based on service desk communication data.
Two years ago, I initiated the Analytics project at SOBIS to provide deeper insights into projects based on the information stored and hidden in project communication data.
